How to buy
- To search for an item you would like to purchase, select the COLLECTION or SHOP ONLINE link.
Once you find the product you want to purchase, select the color and size and click the "Add to Cart" button.
- You can view the items in your shopping bag by clicking the bag icon on the top right of the page.
- Click the size and quantity button to change the size and quantity of the item.
- You can also delete an item by clicking the "X" button on the far right of the item.
・If you have a promotion code, click "Apply" in the "Insert coupon code" section.
・Once you have confirmed your purchase, click CHECK OUT to continue with the purchase.
・After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
Once your order has been shipped, we will contact you with the shipping status and expected delivery date.
*If you do not receive a confirmation email or cannot find the product you are looking for on our website, please contact us at info@nerdunit.jp.
Shipping and Delivery
WTP products are shipped from Malaysia and shipped to Japan. Shipments to Japan will arrive within 5-7 days (excluding public holidays).
Please note that WTP is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during transportation.
*Please rest assured that customs duties and shipping fees are included in the amount you pay.

Returns and Exchanges
1) In case of initial defects If you find any defects in the product after purchase, please contact us at info@nerdunit.jp.
We will check the condition of the product and if it is determined to be defective, we will arrange for the product to be shipped cash on delivery.
*Please be sure to contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
If it exceeds 7 days, it may not be considered an initial defect. Thank you for your understanding.
Also, please place all packaging items in the box before sending the item.
2) Returns and exchanges due to size differences, etc. If you would like to return or exchange an item after purchase due to a size difference, etc., please contact us at info@nerdunit.jp.
Please note that in the case of returns or exchanges, you will be asked to cover the shipping costs.
*Items will not be accepted unless they are unused and include all accessories, including the shoe box and bag.
・We will issue a refund once we have inspected the returned item.
Refunds will only be made using the same form of payment used to make the payment.
Please note that we cannot grant refunds for products that cannot be refunded (items that have already been used or are in a different condition than when they arrived).
- We are not responsible for any transportation from the return item to our warehouse.

Order changes and cancellations
As part of our efforts to get your orders to you quickly, we will fulfill your order as soon as we receive it.
Therefore, once an order has been cancelled, it cannot be cancelled or modified. If you wish to cancel your order immediately after placing it, please contact us at info@nerdunit.jp on the same day.
