When will I get my order?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days. During new drops, sales, or peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.
When will my order be shipped?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Can I cancel my order?
Requesting a cancellation is not possible. By completing your purchase, you agree to our terms of use.
Also, once you have placed your order and been charged, we cannot modify the components. This means that we cannot change sizes. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but you will have to wait until you receive it and process it through Returns.
Note: Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
How can I track my order?
Once your parcel is shipped, we will send you a tracking link via email so you can follow your order status.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to selected countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on your location.
Will I need to pay customs or import duties?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately if you entered the wrong address. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
Why hasn’t my tracking updated?
Tracking updates can sometimes take 1–3 working days to appear after your parcel has been shipped. Delays may also happen during weekends or public holidays.
How does the fit run — oversized, regular, or slim?
Fit may vary depending on the style. Each product page will mention whether the item fits oversized, regular, boxy, or slim.
How should I wash and care for my garments?
Wash inside out with cold water, avoid bleach, and do not tumble dry on high heat. This helps preserve the print, colour, and shape of the garment.
